π«Guest Policy
To maintain a peaceful and distraction-free space for all, we kindly ask that you do not bring guests or children to your appointment. This helps us provide you with our full attention and the best service possible.
β° Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled to avoid impacting the next guest’s service. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality.
π Rescheduling
You are allowed one reschedule per appointment. Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours in advance, and the new date must fall within 30 days of your original appointment. This helps us manage our calendar and offer fair availability to all clients.
π³ Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This ensures mutual commitment and helps us reduce no-shows. Please book only when you’re ready to commit.

All bundle, closure, and frontal sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on hair extensions once sold.
